What belongs in a first cycle
A first cycle is deliberately simple: one anabolic base, a known dose and enough weeks to see how your body answers. Everything on this page fits that description — single-ester testosterone, the classic testosterone blends and the mild orals a beginner is usually pointed to.
Support is not optional, it is simply kept in its own sections: aromatase inhibitors under ANTI-OESTROGENS, and Nolvadex, Clomid and HCG under PCT. Both belong in the plan before the first injection, not after the last one.
